We collect the above-mentioned personal information through a software application called Peptalkr, which syncs with our online booking system, Cliniko. Patients can complete a form with their details either before their appointment through a link we send them or on-site using our clinic's iPad.

The collected personal information is stored securely on our online booking software, Cliniko. All Remedial Massage Therapists at Blissana have access to this information to provide you with the best possible care.


Retention of Information:

We retain patient information indefinitely, as it is essential for the continuity of treatment and maintaining an accurate medical history. However, if a patient wishes to have their information removed from our records, they may request it by contacting our customer service at customerservice@blissana.com.au.
